Running Accomplishments:
Not much lately. Did a 4:44 mile in high school. Can now do a 6:11.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Finish my first marathon. Do some triathlons. Finish my second marathon better than 4 hours.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do some serious training and see what my body and mind are capable of.
15 mile mountain bike ride at Umstead... top speed 31 MPH, average 11 MPH.
Speed workout. 1.5 mile warmup jog, then 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 800, 400 with recovery laps in between, followed by 1 mile cooldown.
8 miles slow at Umstead.
